The LAS helmet JC STAR model features a modern design and interior Italian styling.

The feeling of wearing this helmet is one of total safety....when the harness is latched to your head it is surrounded by softness and one really doesn't know one has it on!

All this is provided by a unique process called co-moulding. SHELL + POLYSTYRENE + MESHES + STRAPS

These are all mixed together. A direct injection system is employed ? and only ONE shell comes out! During the process, no air passes through the materials, boosting safety to a very high level. Being one shell, shock is transmitted completely on the whole shell (uniform shock). Other helmets usually glue internal polystyrene to the shell ? not so with co-moulding. The co-moulding process also ensures that the helmet is very light.

This Jockey Helmet has the Soft padded strap made of Coolmax? and microfiber, with neck guard that completely surrounds the neck, improves the fitting and follows perfectly the contours of the face.

Patent-Glossy Harness with head and neck support on the back and padded to help protect the ears.

Inside in ultra-absorbent Coolmax? fabric ABS High Density shell with embossed painting so that the helmet cover is firmly fixed.

Soft shockproof section- Polystyrene inside with slots to improve indirect internal ventilation.
